Caribbean Women Bring Important Insights

by | Oct 24, 2022 | My Fiction & Essays, What I'm Reading | 0 comments

I learned a lot about the world of Caribbean women writers in working on this article for Literary Ladies Guide. I hope I’ll have a chance to see Rosa Guy’s play, Once Upon This Island, at some point. And I’m eager to read and reread the work of Paule Marshall. I have spent much time in the Caribbean, but reading about these women piques my interest. Curious if any of my readers have ideas about how to visit some of these islands without going to resorts.
